What are your hours?
We are an automated system. Our facility is open 24/7 365 days a year.
What if I move in the middle of the month?
We will prorate this first month.
Is there a deposit?
Yes – we hold one month’s deposit until you move out. As long as all items are removed from your unit you will receive your deposit back.
Do I need to sign a long term lease?
No. We rent calendar month to calendar month.
When are rents due?
The 1st of the month with a five day grace period.
How do I make a payment?
You can either pay at the office kiosk, by mail, or on our website. Most people sign up to have the payment automatically deducted from a credit card or bank account monthly.
What about insurance?
Insurance is optional. However low cost insurance can be obtained on our website or at the office kiosk .
What if a payment is late?
There will be a $20 late fee assessed and you will be locked out of the facility until payment is made.
Do I need to bring my own lock?
Locks are available at our office kiosk for purchase or you may bring your own lock.
Is there any type of security?
The facility is fenced and gated, with 24/7 surveillance cameras inside and outside.
How tall are the units’ doors?
All doors are 7 feet 6 inches.
Does it matter how I park my vehicle when unloading my items?
PLEASE – park parallel to the building.
DO NOT back up to building. If you accidentally back into the buildings – you would be responsible for damages.
Are there any items that I am not able to store?
Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, and toxic materials. Please contact us with any questions.
Can we store food items?
Food attracts mice. We suggest you NOT store food items. HOWEVER if you do, store in plastic totes with lids.
Can I store a motorized vehicle?
Yes – place a large piece of thick plastic or tarp under the engine – even if your engine does not leak.
Is there a deposit question?
As long as all items are removed and the lock is removed you will receive your deposit.
